If you’d like to stay close to the celebrations, we’ve linked pages (scroll down) where you can explore hotel options within 30 minutes of the wedding venue for a convenient and relaxed experience. For those who want to combine the wedding festivities with some sightseeing, Madrid is within 1 hour from the venue and offers a vibrant, tourist-friendly atmosphere. We’ve included links to help you browse hotel options in the heart of the city.

Of course, feel free to have a look around yourself, there are many other options such as AirBnB’s. Whether you stay nearby or in the heart of the city, we’re excited to celebrate with you!

Flights

Flights should be booked to the closest airport to the venue: Madrid–Barajas Airport. 

For those attending, please ensure your passport is valid until at least December 2025. We recommend checking the expiration date in advance to avoid any travel disruptions. For further details, please refer to the UK government’s travel advice here.

Transportation

The venue will be providing a bus for guests; however, we’re still awaiting details on the specific pick-up locations. Please note that the bus may not stop at multiple places, so guests wishing to use this service may need to make their way to a designated pick-up point. We’ll share more information as soon as it’s confirmed! 

Alternatively there are also transportation options such as hire cars, taxis, public transportation etc.
